While every attempt is made to ensure our products are of highest quality and in good working order prior to being dispatched, there may be the rare occasion when a blaster/product is received with a malfunction.
Gel Blaster Warranty
All Gel Blasters are covered by a 30 day warranty. This applies to dead-on-arrival and manufacturing faults.
In the case of a dead-on-arrival and manufacturing faults, you will be required to send the item back to us using a postal method of your choice. The buyer is responsible for organizing return postage and any associated costs. Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable. The item must be returned in original packaging and in original condition with all accessories originally included in the package. The product package/ box must not be written on, scribbled taped or damaged. The box must be in the same exact condition as it was shipped. Our Warranty Claim form must accompany the returned package.
Upon arrival, the product will be inspected and tested for any faults or damage. Any Blaster that has been found to be physically damaged by user neglect/abuse either internally or externally, upgraded, tampered with or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, misused or used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use including the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise, will void warranty.
Any product that is claimed to be faulty and is returned and found to be functional and in complete working order will incur a service fee of $35 and a postage fee to the purchaser in order to be re-shipped. If upon inspection the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or was dead-on-arrival, we will replace the item at no cost to the purchaser.
All warranty claims will be resolved by way of replacement of the same model unless unavailable in which case store credit will be issued (not including postage) to be used in a single transaction within 7 days. No refunds, cancellations or alterations to orders at any time for any reason. All sales are final.
Products must be returned complete in original box without damage, markings, tape and in new condition without signs of use with all accessories in order to claim replacement or store credit.
For warranty claims, please contact email@example.com with your name, order number, description of the issue and photos/videos demonstrating the issue. Please do not return any item/s prior to contacting our Support Team. Our Support Team will provide you with a Warranty form to diagnose the issue, which will need to be returned with the item. In most cases, photo/video evidence will be requested in order to diagnose the issue or offer remedies where a return is not necessary.
We strongly recommend customers to purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout to be covered in case of lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit events.
Renegade Blasters is not a courier or shipping company and is not responsible for delays, damage or lost parcels by Australia Post or any other shipping company. Every care is taken to process and ship the product as soon as possible. Our responsibility for the package however ends once the package is picked up by the courier.
If Shipping Insurance is purchased and a package is lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping company during transit we will replace the customer’s order at no additional cost, no questions asked. No replacement or reimbursement will possible if Shipping Insurance is not purchased and a parcel is lost, stolen or damaged during transit. In this case the customer is responsible to follow up with Australia Post or respective shipping company directly for reimbursement.
To qualify for a Warranty Insurance claim parcels must be confirmed as ‘lost’ by Australia Post or have no tracking updates for at least 30 days from date of shipment.
It is wholly the customer’s responsibility to read and be aware of these conditions before making a purchase.
