All Gel Blasters are covered by a 30-day warranty.
This applies to dead-on-arrival and manufacturing faults.
Renegade Blasters will organise return shipping except in the case where the customer’s address is out of metro area and couriers cannot pick up the item, in which case the customer must organise return shipping themselves; typically through Australia Post. Gel balls or other items may be sent (to the value of postage paid) to cover the postage expenses paid by the customer.
Upon arrival the product will be inspected and tested for any faults or damage.
Any Blaster that has been found to be physically damaged by user neglect/abuse, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void warranty.
Any product that is claimed to be faulty and is returned and found to be functional and in complete working order will incur a postage fee to the purchaser in order to be resent.
Once the product has been inspected and is found to have a manufacturing defect or dead on arrival will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser.
The purchaser may choose between replacement or store credit for the amount of the original purchase price. Store credit must be used in a single transaction.
Products must be returned complete in original box with all accessories in order to claim store credit.
No refunds will be given for faulty items.
